Shipping & Returns
We use FedEx and US Postal services to ship products.
A customer can return product(s) within 30 days from purchase date. The product(s) must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging, all manual and parts in the original package must be returned. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for a returned product. If any wear and tear, damages, or tool marks are evident, up to 40% restocking fee will be assessed according to the level of wear on the product(s).
If the return is a result of our error or a major defective which is not easily fixable, we will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs, and no restocking fees will be assessed. Other than the above reasons, a customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling cost.
Before returning a product, please contact us through our email. We may provide support to correctly using product, fix issues, send replacement parts, or issue return shipping label and instructions.
